This is a 1-year auto-renewing contract. There are no cancellations or holds available in the one year term. Cancellations after one year must be submitted in writing to sophie@cuseyoga.com 5 days prior to charge. If you sign up for a FREE Master Class, and do not show up for the class, you will be charged $30.

Syracuse Yoga accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and cash as payment. We do not accept checks. Credit card purchases subject to 5% fee.
Class Cards and Monthly Unlimited memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. You cannot share packages with friends and family.
You cannot put a Monthly Unlimited Membership or a New Student Special on hold. If you would like to cancel a Monthly Unlimited membership, you must send an email to sophie@cuseyoga.com at least 5 days prior to yearly renewal. Monthly Unlimited Memberships cannot be cancelled in the one year term. These memberships auto-renew yearly, so please pay attention to your contract.
Class cards expire 6 months after first use. If purchased and not immediately used, drop in classes expire 12 months after the sale date.
We love when you sign up for your classes ahead of time-it saves your spot in class! If you sign up but don’t show up, you will be charged. Make sure to cancel your spot at least 61 minutes before class begins to avoid the fee.
Monthly Unlimited Members: If you sign up for a Master Class, and do not show up for said class, you will be charged $30.
Children under 18 not permitted unless accompanied by legal guardian. Please contact sophie@cuseyoga.com to discuss bringing children to class.
