Are January and February the best months to make big changes? It takes a few weeks to get back to regular life after the holidays. This might be why so many people lose track of their "resolutions" a few weeks into the year.
March is a much better time to regroup and refocus on self love and self care. The weather in Syracuse is still a little unpredictable (hello March 2, 2018blizzard!), but we know that good weather is coming. We're more settled into the routine of daily life, and we are ready for the days of fresh air coming into our windows and flowers beginning to bloom.
So now is the perfect time to breathe some life back into your Yoga practice. Yoga is a great way to get back to yourself, and Syracuse Yoga is here to help with our #syracuseyoga31 challenge! It doesn't matter if you post about it on social media or not, what matters is that you prioritize some form of Yoga into your schedule each day in March. Now remember, there are 8 limbs of Yoga, so you don't have to get on your mat for asana everyday. Some days might be about meditation, mindfulness, acts of kindness, pranayama...really anything goes.
